Blizzard

The Rabbit Hole’s Italian sister restaurant – just down the road. Woodfired pizza, fresh pastas and a range of produce focused, authentic Italian dishes feature in this iconic space in the heart of Happo village.

Zen

One of Hakuba's most popular restaurants, Zen serves a variety of Japanese small plates great for groups who want to try a number of different Japanese dishes. Reservations are required at least 2-3 days in advance.

Yamagami Neo

Serving great variety of Japanese comfort food at a reasonable price. Serving everything from ramen to BBQ and sashimi there is a range of options for all tastes. The gyoza party platter is a must.

Takahashi-Kei

Also known as Beer, Ramen, Gyoza, it’s a must stop in Hakuba for those wanting to experience these three icons of Japanese cuisine. A great spot for lunch or dinner located in the Echoland village. The Spicy tantanmen is our top pick.

Tottsuan

Some of Hakuba’s best Ramen. Totsuan gets very busy and service is on a first come first served basis. The spicy miso sesame ramen and fried rice combos are to die for.

Sounds Like Café

Breakfasts, burgers, curries and sandwiches all on fresh home-made bread. Everything in the menu is tasty and the coffee is roasted in house.

Mimis

One of the top fine dining spots in Hakuba, Mimi's offers a contemporary menu featuring fresh local produce. The wine list is extensive and the ambience is warm and welcoming. They also off a pick up and drop off service for guests.

Senjeu

A beautifully elegant bakery and coffee roaster, this light-filled space boasts some of the best coffee we've ever tasted. We use Senjeu’s bread in our restaurant and café. It’s a great place to relax and experience impeccable Japanese service and attention to detail.

Sharaku

Located in Springs hotel in the heart of Happo Village, a Sharaku is a great choice for good Japanese food. Reservations are recommended and a pick up and drop off service is available.
